Our company was established in 2021, but Swonder has over 20 years experiences in Bone Conduction field. Located in Shenzhen, we enjoy convenient water, land and air transportation. Our company employs more than 200 workers; through the efforts of our entire staff, we have become an impressive manufacturer. Swonder people have continuously tried to improve product quality, importing key components (Chips & IC) from Japan. Moreover, we introduced top-of-the-line Japanese SMT equipment, giving our company good technical capabilities. Our annual production capability is 3 million units products.

After-Sale Service

Warranty period; 12 months from the date of Swonder's shipment. During the product warranty period, in case of product malfunctions due to inherent quality issues, please contact us first. Our technicians will initially attempt to resolve

the problem through online guidance. IFour technicians determine that the product needs to be returned, kindly arrange to send it back to us for problem verification and repair. In the event that the malfunation cannot be resolved through repair, we will promptly send you a new product. If the problem with the returned product is due to human damage or improper use environment, repair or replacement will be charged according to our standard fee schedule.
